Be Aware! Bogus sites, frauds and false advice
Surely enough, when an innovative concept reaches some degree of success, many are ready to use and abuse its name for their own profit. Products with similar names, sites for guiding traffic to themselves, competitors left behind and of course sites earning from advertising and hits. As with any successful innovative concept, you will find a few sites and people who publish unfriendly comments about Femimore® and other Amazonas BioTech ReShape Treatments. 99,9 % of them are sellers of an alternative/similar product or sponsored by them... Here is what they do and how they manipulate your trust:
- "Independent Review" sites have mushroomed in the Net , they try to make you believe that they are impartial sites analyzing in your benefit what is good and what is not. You can see a good example of this in sites as i.e.
Consumerhealthanswers.com They claim for example that "Each review gives you a full page of unbiased, comprehensive, and honest information about the product you were researching." Interesting enough, we have never received a request for information or for scientific data from those sites or from any other similar sites... - The truth is that these kind of sites link you to products that they show in a positive light. Those companies who pay for advertising (or "sponsor") those sites, have their products shown on a positive review while those who choose to not pay for their services of advertising, are shown less than favorable by their "unbiased, independent reviewers". The trashing acquires a greater level if it happens that one of their "sponsors" has a product that competes with yours. In the example above, many of those seemingly referential sites are controlled (at the time of the edition of this article, August 2008) by M&M Incorporated, a company managing its business from a P.O. Box in Hoboken New Jersey . The company hides its many "independent reviews" sites behind domain registry proxies for not revealing their connection to the advertising business. At their own site (mandmincorporated.com), they advertise that "It doesn't matter how many affiliates you have or how much traffic you are currently driving to your website. We will find more customers for you. Our expertise is in finding the customers that you can’t..." They are just one typical example of many other "independent reviewers" around. The DBT Media Group acts from an address in Florida, where no company of such name is legally registered. They act very much in the same way as M&M Incorporated described above. And those described above are not the only ones. Nothing new there, just the old "do business with us or your competitor will, and we will take care that they sell more than you". The problem is that they try to make you mistrust legitimate and efficient products while they lead you to overpublicized (or sometimes new) products from companies that pay the monthly bill, and it doesn't matter to them if the products they are paid for advertising in reviews, can damage your health (e.g. "diet pills" known by working on your metabolism and nerve system with secondary effects and risk to your health) Amazonas BioTechnical Laboratories is routinely approached by that kind of sites offering a positive review of Femimore or other treatments if we contract or "sponsor" their services, this happens to most if not all companies marketing successful innovations in all fields. We always respond with a categorical NO. - Amazonas Biotechnical Laboratories markets its treatments on the face value of their efficient and proven results, we do not pay for dubious advertising. Therefore, you may find many "unbiased" but "sponsored" sites with negative comments and reviews, most of them hiding behind proxy registration and hiding their true address and owners information either behind proxy addresses or paper companies. Nevertheless, we will continue denying to contract or pay to such "undercover publicity" and public manipulation sites. - There is of course those more obvious sites, who at the bottom page or at the menu, after providing "unbiased" reviews, offer you an alternative product that coincidentally they sell or are associated with their marketing. Nothing new there either, just the old trashing of the competitors for can sell their own products instead of trusting their products by their own value. - Should you trust comments from competitors of a product or from sites getting paid by them?... we don't need to tell you the answer, you are most probably far smarter than what those sites believe you are.
- When you enter the word Femimore in Google, Bing, Yahoo, Dogpile or other search engines, among true links to legitimate information published by Amazonas BioTechnical Laboratories or its authorized distributors and associates, you will find search results that carry you to either bogus reviewer sites (see above), sites where they offer unrelated products and services, sites offering some product to be purchased instead of Femimore or sometimes even sites misleading you to believe that their products are legitimate having the word Femimore in their names. At Amazonas BioTechnical Laboratories we make all efforts to constantly monitor the search engines, identifying and taking action against all fraudulent business practices targeting Femimore or Amazonas Biotechnical Laboratories including all infringements to International and Federal Trademark and Dilution Laws and the Trademark Cyber Piracy Prevention Act. Since 2004, thirty six actions have been taken ranging from primary alerts and warnings, Cease and Desist Legal Notices, to civil litigation and in some specific cases prosecution. Usually, sites making fraudulent use of the word Femimore, or using fraudulent negative information about Femimore, sell false or low quality (with no verifiable origin) products, as well as composites of information acquired through piracy at diverse sites on the Net and put together in small brochures, home-made leaflets or e-books. Be aware to always trace the origin of a product, its quality and the transparency of the site ownership before purchasing. Never buy from P.O. Boxes or non verified addresses or sites using Privacy Proxy and not publishing their full name and true address at the Whois service. You can also consult online the records of any State to see if the company allegedly selling the products really exists.
- Sites with names as getabiggerbutt, greatcurves, getabiggerbooty, dimecurves, bbbformula, buttshape or similar names have become abundant. Blogs and pseudo-private sites offering you links to what "worked great" for them are also many. - How to know if they are sincere or just trying to trash legitimate (and other no so legitimate) products with their negative comments? That is easy: A) If they are trying to sell you something on the pure argument of how others don't work, they cannot be trusted in their sincerity about competitors.
B) If someone in a private blog or site says all the best about something they can provide you a link to and very bad about other alternatives, you may suspect personal gain. - Who has a good recommendation for you or a sincere positive comment, does not need to emphasize with negative comments about others. A help, a hint, a recommendation is the sole final purpose of a sincere blog or individual and other negative comparisons are not necessary.
- Private comments in forums by individuals impersonating to be a past or present client of Amazonas BioTech, a user of Femimore®, or to know such person, are more than abundant. Unfortunately for them, you can at any time consult us if an email address pertains to a true client or not just indicating the link to the place were you found the suspicious message or providing a full headers copy of the message you received. - It is easy to spot the fake comments and commentators, they will not provide an email address that you can verify with Amazonas Biotech, they will tell you what "really" works instead and they will try to make you believe in negative but unverifiable stories. Another common trick is to use two identities that exchange messages in the forum supporting each others arguments or asking each other questions. Most negative commentators are those who have something else to sell or who cannot afford the treatments and become resented. - It is also easy to spot the true clients, they can tell you what they used and when, they can be verified true by Amazonas BioTech, they can provide details and they will always tell you tips and tricks learned through the use of the treatments.
- See if a site sells or links to alternative similar products (Not to be trusted) - See if a site is funded by sponsors and advertising (Not to be trusted) - See if a blog or private site trashes some product and enhances other similar product from other source (doubtful, possibly not to be trusted) - See if a member in a forum can tell you when and for how long she/he used a treatment and tips and tricks about that treatment. Who has not tried personally, or who tried for only a few weeks is far from qualified to give opinion. There are, however, independent forums created by legitimate users of Femimore and other ReShape Treatments, there you can find many other people like you, with the same doubts and similar goals, experienced in the use of the treatments or just researching, everyone sharing true experiences.
- Who sells and comments about own products by their value and efficiency and has no need to wish bad to or speak bad about the efficiency of the products of other competitors. - Who has experienced personally a treatment for at least several months or one year and can prove it.
Contrary to most "independent" reviewing sites, Amazonas BioTech treatments, including Femimore® and other well known treatments, are backed by scientific and medical research, a Biomedical Division and legitimate reviews by international independent non profit organizations including development research and health advisory institutes. Amazonas BioTechnical Laboratories ReShape Treatments have shown to be effective and trustable along the years and a very large percent, if not all users, have only positive comments about these treatments. Studies conducted along the years have shown that anyone who makes use of an Integrated ReShape Treatment, Femimore or other, and follows the instructions and advice given, has 97% chances of successfully obtaining the desired shape.
